This is not only because MIM process is a high efficiency, high intelligent technology of the new manufacturing industry, but also because it is a new technology of environmental protection and low pollution; First of all, the MIM process is the use of "additive" method, by injecting material into the mold cavity to fill it and achieve controlled density, and then the production of injected parts sintering to get the desired product, it will not be like cutting the same to produce waste, it’s no waste of materials; In addition, its other production processes also do not have too much harmful substances produced, can use some neutral treatment and adsorption methods, the degreasing process of the exhaust gas produced to absorb; MIM technology has gradually become a pollution-free manufacturing technology, because of the current degreasing technology become more reliable and no pollution, so it’s r recognized and promoted by the market and the government; Based on the broad development prospects and the enthusiasm of investors, we carry out the production and development of railway transport locks projects, The railway transportation industry requires higher quality stainless steel locks, the use of MIM process to produce; It provides 300,000 sets of train locks for China's Metro industry every year, getting the strong support from the local government. Our products are widely used not only on China's high-speed rail, subway and other rail transportation equipment, but also on trains in other countries around the world.
